講題摘要：
With US corporations stockpiling cash over the past two decades, corporate cash holdings have generated considerable attention from academia, professionals and media. The driving force behind this attention is the discretionary feature of cash reserves. In this lecture, we would first provide a brief literature overview on cash holdings and then get into its empirical applications.
 

講者介紹：
張景宏教授為美國亞利桑那州立大學財務金融博士，目前任職於國立臺灣大學財務金融學系。研究領域為公司治理、公司現金政策及公司創新。
